What is RASSEL?
RASSEL is a Saudi-built platform for customer communication, sales and support over WhatsApp and other channels, in one unified inbox with CRM, campaigns, automation, AI and reports.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Connection uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), so you need a Meta account. The product walks you through the steps and our team helps with the first setup.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
That depends on Meta’s rules. Usually the number must be registered with the WhatsApp Business Platform, which may require detaching it from the regular WhatsApp app or following a migration path Meta defines — and these rules change. We review your number with you before connecting.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. The workspace becomes read-and-billing only: you can sign in, view your data, choose a plan and pay, while sending and editing pause until you subscribe. We keep your data for at least 30 days.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The free trial needs no card and starts at the owner’s first sign-in.
Are WhatsApp fees included?
No. Meta/WhatsApp may charge for messages depending on type, country and usage, billed to you directly, and RASSEL plans do not include them unless explicitly stated. The platform shows an estimate for monitoring only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and the service continues until then; you can undo it before that date.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
The workspace becomes read-and-billing only and we keep your data for at least 30 days so you can export it or resubscribe. We do not delete automatically and notify you before any scheduled deletion. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I invite multiple employees?
Yes, up to your plan’s user limit (see the pricing page), and you can buy additional users. Each user has a role and permissions.
Does RASSEL support Arabic?
Yes. The interface is fully Arabic with RTL/LTR support and can be switched to English.
Does RASSEL have AI?
Yes, on Growth and Pro: an AI agent and knowledge base, with a provider and key you choose. Outputs may contain errors, so review them before relying on them.
How secure is RASSEL?
Per-workspace data isolation, role-based permissions, encrypted keys, an audit log, webhook signature verification and HTTPS. We do not claim security certifications; the honest details are on the Security page.
