- In “Settings → Connection hub” choose WhatsApp Business.
- Follow the guided steps to create/link your Meta account and enter the number ID and token.
- Select “Test connection”, then add the webhook URL in the Meta dashboard as shown by the product.
- Send a test message and confirm it reaches the inbox.
